Purchase Policy
All TRCheats purchases are sales of immediately delivered digital access. By completing checkout, you acknowledge that the order is final and refunds are not provided once payment has been confirmed.
TRCheats products are digital services that provide account access after a successful payment. Because delivery begins immediately and cannot be returned like a physical product, completed purchases are final and non-refundable.
Before paying, confirm that you selected the intended product, access duration, recipient account, cryptocurrency, network, and payment amount. Customer mistakes, compatibility expectations, or unused access do not qualify for a refund.
Crypto payments are irreversible. Sending funds with the wrong coin, network, address, or amount may prevent automatic payment confirmation and does not create a right to a refund. Always follow the instructions shown in the hosted checkout.
If access was not delivered after a confirmed payment, contact us through Discord with your order reference and payment transaction ID. We will investigate delivery issues, but support assistance does not change the final-sale nature of the purchase.
Contact our team before opening duplicate payments or sending additional funds. Include your username, order reference, CryptoPayr transaction ID, and blockchain transaction hash when available.
